Males can also get sick from bulimia. In particular, in recent years we are seeing an increase in the number of boys who get sick from eating disorders: 20 years ago a man got sick every 10-15 females, currently 1 male gets sick every 4 females.
Bulimia occurs in males in the same manner with which it occurs in females and can lead to the same consequences.
