Always use condom during sex for prevention of HPV. Condom must be used for the entire duration of the sexual intercourse (genital, anal or oral). This is especially important with casual partners. Note that HPV is also present on parts of the skin not protected by condoms. For this reason condom use can be not totally effective as a protection.
