What you have to eat to follow a healthy diet?

Proper nutrition is based on the right quantity, quality and variety of foods that make up the meals. This means that you have to divide your meals during the day in breakfast, lunch, dinner, remembering to have two snacks!

It’s very important that during these main meals there are carbohydrates (pasta, bread, cereals in general), protein (meat, cheese, fish, or beans), lipids or fats (like olive oil) and fruits and vegetables.

You always remember that neither the food is complete in itself  nor it should be eliminated. The trick is to vary the choice of foods and to take on the right amount!
