When it is best to consume carbohydrates?

Carbohydrates have an important role and are essential to our health.

They are of vegetable origin and are the primary source of energy used by the body; carbohydrates are necessary for the activities of the internal organs (brain, heart, kidneys, lungs), but also for daily activity as studying, reading, working, walking.

That’s why carbohydrates should be consumed every day and at every meal in the form of bread, pasta, spelt, barley, rice, biscuits (complex carbohydrates).

Simple carbohydrates, on the other hand, must be consumed to a lesser extent, mainly through daily foods such as fruits, milk and yogurt, then limiting the consumption of sugar and various sweets.
